ABOUT ME
I've already been on quite the journey at 24 years old both in the gym and life. I am ready to share that with you so you can take what I learned and F*ing kill your goals!!!

Jack Sorenson
Your favorite nerdy, goofy, fitness enthusiast/bodybuilder!
All my life I played sports. Growing up I played hockey, soccer, baseball and eventually played baseball in college. Unfortunately this never gave me enough time to work on myself let alone in the gym. I played D3 baseball at WPI where I studied mechanical engineering. I got through my freshman year and decided it wasn't for me. Instead of working on myself, I went into dark times of my life. I ate everything in sight, drank 24/7, didn't care for my body, pretended like I was dirty bulking and gained 50 lbs by the end of my sophomore year. I had zero confidence, I was insanely insecure and I had no goals whatsoever.

Start of junior year, I found the gym....sort of. I worked out before but never really put my mind to it. I started by eating better, learning some training exercises and just being consistent. It wasn't until I went abroad where I got seriously home sick and decided to make a F*ing change. I lost 25 pounds in my 8 weeks of being abroad. But...when I came back home I began to drink again. It wasn't until I got my heart ripped out of my chest when I realized I need to be in the gym for self growth and gain my confidence back. I lost the next 25 lbs soon after and began my fitness journey.

Over 2 years later of training, researching, and becoming obsessed with fitness, health, nutrition, and the psychology behind having the right mindset... I am ready to help people take their lives to the next level both mentally and physically

Certified Personal Trainer

In early June of 2021, I competed in my first bodybuilding competition. I won first in Junior Men's Physique and second in Open Men's Physique!

To compete on stage you need to get absurdly lean (sub 7% bodyfat). Before I began coaching, I wanted to truly know what it is like to get that lean and ripped. I wanted the experience that only a few have the discipline and drive to get. I know what it takes to see results. I know I can turn you into the best version of yourself!
Competition Experience

Endurance Athlete
I love to push my mind and body to the limit! I competed in a Spartan Race at Killington Ski Resort in Vermont. It included 30 obstacles, 15 miles of running and 40 thousand feet of elevation. This race was hands down my biggest physical challenge. I finished the race in 5 and a half hours finishing in the top 100 of all runners. It was a big accomplishment when there were thousands of competitors that day!
Preparing for this event involved a lot of running and hill specific training. Through this event I know what it takes to progressively get faster on foot and be prepared for something as crazy as a Spartan Race!
